Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Blask Warszawa (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Blaskwwa.pl website (the “Site”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By using the Site or ordering our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to: cleaning of apartments, houses, and office premises, general cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, window washing, dry cleaning of furniture and carpets, and other related services as described on the Site. The scope of work, specific services, and their final cost are agreed with the client when placing an order or confirmed by our manager before work begins. We strive to provide high-quality services using professional equipment and safe cleaning products.

3. Client Obligations and Responsibilities

  • To provide accurate and complete information when booking (address, contact details, property specifics).
  • To ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
  • To secure pets and valuable items during cleaning.
  • To inform the contractor of specific conditions requiring special attention (e.g., delicate surfaces, allergies).

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Services are booked via the online form on the Site or by telephone as indicated on the Site. Your booking is considered confirmed after you receive confirmation from our manager.

If you need to change the date or time of cleaning, or cancel an order, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no access to the property at the appointed time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the ordered service to compensate for incurred expenses and lost working time.

We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., employee illness, force majeure), with prior notification to you.

5. Pricing and Payment

The cost of services is determined based on the type of service, area of the premises, degree of soiling, and selected additional services. The calculator on the Site provides a preliminary estimate. The final cost is confirmed by our manager after clarifying all order details.

Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of work. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the Site.

In case of overdue payments, repayment terms are agreed individually.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee / Complaints

We strive to ensure high quality of the services provided. Upon completion of cleaning, our employee will offer you to accept the work.

Any complaints regarding the quality of cleaning must be made directly at the time of acceptance of services.

All complaints are considered individually. In case of a justified complaint, we will offer solutions, such as free rectification of defects at an agreed time.

7. Liability

The client is obliged to remove or secure fragile, valuable, or antique items before the cleaning begins. We are not responsible for damage to such items if they were not properly secured or removed by the client.

In the event of any damage allegedly caused by our employees, the client is obliged to immediately report it to our representative during the acceptance of work or no later than 3 hours after the end of cleaning, providing relevant evidence.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or natural wear and tear of items and surfaces.

8. Intellectual Property

All content present on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, audio and video materials, as well as software (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of the Company or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to obtaining information about our services and ordering them. Any other use of the Content, including copying, distribution, reproduction, modification, public display, or transmission, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

10. Termination of Service

We or you may terminate an agreement for regular services by mutual consent or prior agreement. In the event of a breach of these Terms by one party, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with applicable law.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site and our services after the revised Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw.
